Cait Bransgrove founded Inspire Home Loans in 2019 with a clear mission: to simplify finance and provide a seamless experience for clients. Recognising the frustration many faced in juggling multiple businesses for loan lending and conveyancing, Cait set out to create a single, reliable resource for her clients. Her goal was to bridge the gap and provide a seamless, reputable service that clients could trust. That’s how Inspire Law came to life!

With a rich background spanning boutique suburban law firms and community legal centers in Melbourne, Vernice brings a down-to-earth approach and deep empathy to her practice. Her dedication to providing exceptional, personalised legal services is at the heart of our firm's mission.
Vernice graduated from La Trobe University and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Australian National University. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, she has extensive experience in property, estates, commercial, and family law.
Clients appreciate Vernice’s prompt responses and approachable demeanor. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys spending time with her young family, horse riding, and indulging her passion for baking and gourmet food.
